Positive: Apartamentul corespunde perfect cu descrierea. Foarte aproape de resturante desi retras de zgomotul strazii. Cele trei AC uri fac fata perfect suprafetei. Toate cele necesare pt micul dejun sunt prezente. Supermarket la aprox. 500m, cele doua terase foarte utile. Foarte bine impartita suprafata si foarte bine utilata. Poate altii ar prefera tv uri in dormitoare dar noi nu am simtii nevoia. Am fost 3 adulti si 2 copii de 4 ani. Negative: Singura parte negativa a acestei locatii este ca nu se face curatenie. Dar treaba asta este specificata in descriere, deci stiam.

Great location - modern and comfortable duplex! Positive: Great location, walking distance from restaurants, bars and beach and yet in a quiet street. The Duplex with 2 rooms is perfect for a familiy of four with kids who like to have their privacy.

Raport calitate preț a fost ceea ce ne doream. Positive: A fost totul așa cum ne-a fost prezentat. Domnul Konstantinos a fost o gazdă extraordinară.

Positive: Location, parking, comfort, facilities at home. Overall it is very good. Hospitality, helpfull stuff. Negative: Bathroom is small for 4 people. Wish to have 2 barhroom such a big apartment. Also bathroom should be reviewed. 5 nights We stayed, at least 3rd day the towel could be changed. 5 days long to not clean room and changed anything. Quite expensive comperatively with other Nikiti accommodation. The value of price a little bit high.

Konforlu, rahat , güzel bir tatil. Positive: Tesis yeni yapılmış, konforlu , kullanışlıydı. Denize, marketlere ve nikiti merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark sorunu yok. Akşam sessiz sakin bir yerde.
